Tea

As a certified tea sommelier, I’ve developed tea menus and afternoon tea experiences for a wide range of clients. I am the head of all things tea at the Baccarat Hotel New York, and lead tea tasting sessions online and in person.

Herbalism

For 3 years I’ve been studying traditional herbal medicines with zen masters from multiple traditions, blending ancient and modern perspectives for a holistic attitude toward health and spiritual well being.

Hospitality

I approach hospitality through a personal lens, empathically putting myself in the position of the guest to ensure they have a comfortable experience. I’m familiar with the ins and outs of the hospitality and hotel world.
